About Michael Frankel

Michael is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Trajectory Capital, a private equity fund focused on enterprise tech/data companies that are well-established and growing. Michael has extensive experience sourcing, leading, and negotiating 110+ strategic transactions, as well as integration planning, management, product development, strategic planning, and portfolio management.

Michael is an operating executive with a track record of driving growth and expansion through corporate strategy, M&A, product innovation, market expansion, and private equity/venture investing. He has supported those growth strategies building critical operating capabilities including finance/reporting, HR, strategy, legal, project/process management, partnerships/alliances, and new products. Michael has served on public and private boards of technology and information services companies. He has written three books and many articles on various aspects of growth and strategic transactions and is a frequent speaker on growth and disruptive innovation. Michael holds a BA, MA, MBA, and JD from the University of Chicago.
